ECOHOPE INTERNATIONAL HK LIMITED ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") respects and is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of your personal information that we hold. This Privacy Policy Statement ("PPS") aims to clearly explain how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal data when you use our mobile application ("our App"), our website and service provided by us ("our Service"). The English version of this PPS shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions unless otherwise specified.

We collect two types of data from you, namely “Personal Data” and “Non-Personal Data”. Your Personal Data is such data from which it is practicable for your identity to be directly or indirectly ascertained, which includes, but not limited to, email address, postal address, gender, phone number, payment information, etc. Non-Personal Data” is such data that aggregate data and/or data that generated automatically, which includes, but not limited to, the data generated automatically with the identifiable information of an individual has been removed by using our App and/or our website, such as IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, etc. This PPS does not limit or restrict our collection, use, disclose, transfer, and store of Non-Personal Data.

We will use your Personal Data for the purposes as stated in the relevant parts of our Personal Information Collection Statement, our Terms and Conditions, and our App and website.

We will not share and disclose your personal data to third parties for direct marketing or other purpose unrelated to our purpose without your consent. However, we may share, disclose or transfer your personal data to third parties, in the circumstances stated in the relevant part of Personal Information Collection Statement.
4. Hyperlinks to Other Website
When you use our App or website, there may be advertisements and/or hyperlinks which will direct you to other websites if you click on them. It is not our responsibility for your personal data in such websites. In order to protect the privacy of your personal data, please read their privacy policy (if any) and any related information (if any).

We use Cookies or other similar technologies (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to collect usage related information for enhancing the user experience and functionality for our App and/or website.
Our website uses Google Analytics provided by Google LLC as web analytics. Google Analytics uses Cookies to assist us to analyse how the user uses our website.
When you browse our website or using our App , Cookies will store a small file in your device for recording the user preference, measuring website traffic and analysing how the user interacts with the website.

Meta Pixel use tracking technology to help us to understand how user interact with our App or our website after viewing our advertisement for analyse and improvement of marketing campaign. 6. Data Security
We implement strictest technical and organizational measures (such as encryption, access controls and staff training) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this PPS, or as required by law.
If you request account deletion, we will process your personal data in accordance with the "Account Deletion and Data Retention" clause of our Terms and Conditions. While specific profile data (e.g., username/nick name, age group, gender, day and month of birth) will be permanently erased from our active systems, please note that we are obligated by law to retain certain business and transactional records (e.g., payment history, service orders) for up to 7 years for compliance purposes. When the data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
8. Data Storage Location
Your personal data may be stored and processed on servers located in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
9. Your Rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)
By virtue of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), you have the right to:

Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by submitting an account deletion request within our App. This will initiate the process described in our Terms and Conditions, which includes a 30-day cooling-off period and governs the handling of any active subscriptions. Please be aware that your right to deletion may be subject to limitations due to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
c. Withdraw Consent: Where you have provided consent for certain specific uses (e.g., promotional communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in clause 11 below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We may update this PPS from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. Any material changes will be communicated to you via in-App notifications, email, or other means. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised PPS.
